missingWrote a review on 31 Augfriendly staffhot roominsufficient supplies
The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.
Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The air-conditioning was inadequate, leaving the second bedroom hot and stuffy. To make matters worse, we only had one toilet roll for four people, which was completely insufficient. Navigating the hotel was challenging as we weren't guided properly to our room, causing unnecessary confusion.
